Lamentations 3 : 38
Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that woe AND well-being proceed ? (NKJV)
In the NIV this verse reads, Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that BOTH calamities AND good things come ? The answer clearly expected is 'Yes', but not with the implication that God is himself the ultimate source of evil per se !
